Seawings Express is a Canada Customs Bonded Carrier offering freight forwarding and cross-border shipping with fast daily service from Blaine to Victoria.
Our service is used to receive auto parts, electronics, cosmetics, food, books and furniture, and everything in between. We also have a Victoria YYJ to Vancouver YVR truck route running Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Basically, we bring your products over the border and charge you WAY LESS than Fedex, UPS and the rest! Some companies (like Amazon, Summit Racing, RockAuto etc) ship things in multiple packages, and as such, we only charge a discounted fee on each additional box after the first one.
Here’s how it works:
New customers, please fill out the new customer form below or email us at email@example.com to let us know a package is on its way.
Returning customers, we’ll be in touch as soon as your package arrives, no need to contact us in advance.
Have your US supplier route your product via Air or Ground to our Blaine, Washington office. It is very important that your shipment says Seawings after your last name to keep it moving through Blaine.
FIRST & LAST NAME: SEAWINGS

You pay only $18 CAD for the first 5lbs and $0.45 per pound after that.
Pallet rates available upon request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is customs?
Customs is located near arrivals inside the airport terminal, beside the currency exchange booth. It is a quick walk from our office to get there, and we do recommend you walk as it is faster.
Where can I park?
Parking is free in the area in front of our office.
Can I send someone to clear the shipment on my behalf?
Yes, send them with a note for Canada customs giving them permission to clear on your behalf.
What if I don’t have my invoice when I come pick up the package?
If you can email it to us from your phone or tablet, we are happy to print it for you. You are required to have an invoice in order to clear customs – it’s paperwork showing the contents of the package and how much you paid.
How long does it take for my package to get from Blaine to Victoria?
Generally 24-48 hours (business days).
What can’t I import?
For example car seats, alcohol, plants. Click here for more details.
I see my package has been delivered to Blaine, but why haven’t I heard from you?
There is a chance that “Seawings” is not labelled on your package, which means it is sitting in the Blaine warehouse, so please email us your tracking number and we can forward it to them to locate.
What’s a broker?
Customs brokers clear shipments of imported goods, prepare required documentation for export shipments and collect duties and taxes. They act as a “middle person” between importers and the government, helping companies & individuals deal with legislation. They do charge a fee for this service which is determined as a percentage of the value of the imported shipment. We recommend King Bros in Victoria as the best broker on the island.
